Rumored “superphone”, the Motorola Dinara

With the impending release of the next-generation iPhone, and with the Samsung Galaxy S II leading the way as being one of the more powerful Android devices, and also with rumors of the next Nexus device that is said to feature a quad-core processor along with Google’s Android Ice Cream Sandwich platform, it seems that handset manufacturers need to come up with new devices that can either compete or outright destroy the competition.

Well it seems Motorola had that in mind with the rumored Motorola  Dinara that is  said to sport a TI chip, which we’re guessing will most likely be the OMAP4, 1GB of RAM, a 13 megapixel camera with a matching VGA camera on the front, along with a  “HD” display that is said to be bigger than the DROID Bionic’s. No word on when we might actually see the device or if it will come out in time for Ice Cream Sandwich. Rumors right now are saying that it is currently running on Gingerbread 2.3.
