Is Verizon’s iPhone 4 going on discount?

Thanks to a snagged screenshot of Verizon’s testman website, it looks like the iPhone 4 has been knocked down to a price of $150.99, from a price of $199.99, on contract of course. The bad news is that this is the testman website, which is a website that Verizon uses in order to tweak their main website, which means what you see may not necessarily reflect what will appear on the actual website itself.

However, as we all know, there have been rumors of the iPhone 5 which is scheduled to make an appearance this September, and typically the older models of the iPhone tend to go on discount when the next iPhone is scheduled to be launched, so could it mean that Verizon knows something that we don’t, or could it just simply be a test image?
