Droid 3 Has Its Specs Leaked

The Droid 3’s specs have mostly been shrouded in speculation, but thanks to the guys at Android Central, all that speculation and rumors can be put to rest as they have somehow managed to get their hands on a screen capture of the Droid 3 spec sheet.

The Droid 3 looks to be running on a Texas Instruments 1GHz dual-core OMAP4 processor with a display of 4-inches sporting 960×540 qHD screen resolution. Unlike other Droid counterparts, the Droid 3 will come with the Android Gingerbread 2.3 operating system, so users won’t have to worry about waiting for months before they can get the update. It also features a 8MP rear facing camera that supposedly can shoot in 1080p quality, as well as a front facing camera for video calls.

It’s also supposed to be a world phone, supporting other GSM networks. It will also come shipped with 16GB of internal memory, but before you go and get all excited, it looks like that 16GB comes with a price, meaning that’s all you will get as there won’t be any microSD card slot for memory expansion. Despite that, it’s still a pretty good phone.  Anyone have plans to pick it up when it launches?
