The HTC Rider Is Actually The HTC EVO 4G+ In Korea

There has been much talk about the HTC Rider device even though not much was known about it apart from its name. We also reported that at HTC’s next event we may be seeing the HTC Rider along with the HTC Puccini tablet being announced, but it looks like the HTC Rider is actually known as the HTC EVO 4G+ and it is aimed at the Korean market so we will not be seeing it come to Europe or North America any time soon.

Much like the HTC Sensation, the HTC EVO 4G+ will be featuring Qualcomm’s 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, a 4.3 inch qHD display and an 8MP camera with a 1.3MP front-facing camera. Despite the “4G” name attached to the device it will only be able to support HSPA+ connections which we guess is better than nothing. Availability and pricing should be announced soon.
