T-Mobile Offers HTC Sensation 4G Off Contract

If you’ve been meaning to get your hands on T-Mobile’s HTC Sensation 4G but you don’t want to be tied down to the carrier, or perhaps you have an alternative plan that you would like to go with then it looks like T-Mobile has the solution for you.

T-Mobile had just recently tweeted that for a price tag of $549.99 plus applicable tax the device can be yours contract free. Alternatively we mentioned yesterday that if you decided that perhaps you want it on a contract it will instead cost you $200 for a 2-year contract. Specifications for the HTC Sensation 4G will be sporting a 4.3-inch qHD display, 1.2GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor, Android Gingerbread 2.3, 768MB of RAM, 8MP camera capable of 1080p video recording, and 1.2MP front facing camera.

So what will it be for you? Potentially prices of $600 just for the device itself or $200 and be tied down for a 2-year contract? I guess for our readers not from the States who want to get their hands on this device, you can now get a friend to buy it for you unlocked and have it shipped over, but for those in the US, $600 does seem a little steep.
