T-Mobile Doubles HSPA+ To 42MBps Down In 47 New Cities

T-Mobile has recently just announced that they would be doubling their HSPA+ download speeds to 42MBps which is excellent news, and these new speeds can be expected to be seen in 47 new cities and current cities who are in the coverage area will also experience these blazing new speeds.

Some of the lucky recipients are Albuquerque, N.M.; Cleveland and Columbus, Ohio; Sacramento and San Diego, Calif.; Salt Lake City, Utah and San Antonio, Texas; which now brings the grand total of T-Mobile’s coverage to 102 markets in the US now. Take note that this is just HSPA+ and not true 4G LTE but 42MBps is still pretty fast, at least on paper but we will see how they hold up over time, but for now it’s great news for T-Mobile users.
