iOS Taking Over RIM In US Administrations

According to Agilex Technologies, a company that specializes in providing electronic devices to the various administrations, they have noticed that iOS has been starting to gain more popularity lately when it came to devices being used in administration. Now we all know that this used to be RIM’s market due to their native email, contact and calender applications and its ability to send encrypted emails for those sensitive documents.

The increase in popularity is said to be due to Apple products being easy to use and the multitudes of Apple’s applications, while RIM had neglected that feature and instead emphasizing on the strength of its system and its secure email system. While this may be true in the US, if you recall, we had earlier reported that in Canada, RIM was actually leading the way in terms of smartphone preference.
