iOS 5 To Get Twitter Photo Integration?

With Android phones now getting Facebook integrations is iOS perhaps taking a different route with Twitter integration instead? As Twitter doesn’t have their own photo services, they have to rely on third party photo websites such as Twitpic or Yfrog or Lockerz which is fine unless they are hoping to get integrated with the iOS, in which case if Twitter did not come out with their own picture services then they wouldn’t have control over it.

Supposedly Twitter has told those photo hosts that they will be coming out with their own picture services and this was told in advance in order to give those businesses time to alter their strategy when Twitter’s own services go live. As an iOS Twitter user do you think that this will bring about any major changes that could affect you? Or would it not really make an impact, just providing an alternative website for you to upload your photos?
