HTC Thunderbolt Random Reboots To Be Fixed Later This Month

If you’re one of the unlucky few that have been experiencing random reboots on their HTC Thunderbolt it looks like Verizon and HTC have been working together to resolve the issue, although no short term solution is available. A couple of weeks ago we reported about this issue that was plaguing several HTC Thunderbolt users after the previous update and according to a Verizon tweet then they stated that they would keep us informed.

No word on when exactly the fix to the random reboot issue will be out although it is expected to be in the second week of June or perhaps some time later this month, although if this problem is driving you up the wall it looks like Verizon employees have been authorized to exchange your current HTC Thunderbolt for a brand new one, which we assume has the fix already.
