EVO 4G Said To Get Maintenance Update

Published

on

Not too long ago we reported that after the EVO 4G received its update that they got more than they bargained for with a host of new problems with compasses not functioning as it should, the Sense UI locking up and Netflix has also stopped working post-upgrade.

Good news is that Sprint has heard the cries of their customers and decided to do something about it and push out an update that is supposed to address some of those issues. According to the picture above the update is supposed to fix the Netflix compatibility issues but that’s just one of the many problems have been reported by users, but hopefully that the list above is not the complete list of updates and that the update should address all, if not most, of the problems.

The update can be expected to arrive OTA come June 20th so that’s not too far off, EVO 4G users will just have to remain patient until then.
