Block Calls With iBlacklist App

I’m pretty sure we receive annoying calls from time to time, sometimes from unknown numbers who seem to insist that so and so stays there and sometimes just people you know in general who you can’t stand but keep calling you regardless, or even calls from needy ex’s who want you to take them back. Now blocking calls on Google Voice can be done in a cinch but what about regular calls that go through your carrier? Those can be rather tricky and unless you have a pretty good reason i.e. a restraining order or a legal letter, carriers won’t simply allow you to blacklist numbers on whim, which when this app called iBlacklist may come in handy.

The app is unfortunately only for jailbroken iOS devices but for those who already have a jailbroken iPhone then here are some of the features that is being offered. iBlacklist will allow you to block not only calls, but text messages and even Facetime requests from any number of your choosing and can even auto-reply to text messages at a certain period of time, for example when you’re at the gym or when you’re at work or driving home. If you want a complete list of its features and walk through head on down to HowToGeek’s website.
