4-inch iPhone 5 Display Leaked In App Store?

As well all the know the iPhone 4s/5 is coming and it’s just a matter of when. Various rumors have been spreading regarding its specifications and knowing Apple these rumors and speculations will never be confirmed, at least until the device is actually released, or another incident like the iPhone 4 occurs again (although this seems highly unlikely).

One of the rumored specifications for the next generation iPhone is that it will be sported a larger display, some are saying a 4-inch display stretching out side to side and judging by this photo “leak” perhaps it’s not such a far fetched speculation after all, or is it? The iPhone shown was supposed to be a screenshot of the device running the app.

Now we can only guess that since apps have to be screened by Apple before making it into the App Store, this is either a mistake that an Apple employee made (and will probably lose their job over) or the 4-inch rumor is not true and that this is just a mockup of device which is why Apple didn’t care and let the app pass through its stores. However if it is a mockup shouldn’t the developer create a more realistic mockup to mimic the experience the user will enjoy? What do you think?
