Will It Be The iPhone 4S, not iPhone 5?

With all the speculation of the iPhone 5 going around and rumors flying everywhere, it seems that the latest piece is one that may very well disappoint Apple fans. Instead of releasing the iPhone 5 like they planned, analysts have claimed that the chances of an iPhone 4S will be more likely to be released.

The iPhone 4S will hardly be the revolutionary iPhone 5 that many Apple fans were hoping for, but rather a souped up version of the iPhone 4. It will most likely sport a A5 dual-core processor, better cameras, some minor cosmetic changes and HSPA+ support. This is probably the news most iPhone 5 hopefuls were hoping to hear. It will also most likely be supported by T-Mobile and Sprint and also be compatible with China Mobile.

However there have also been rumors that two versions of iPhone will be released this year, one a cheaper version and the other being a more powerful version, and more expensive. Either way if you’ve been using the iPhone 3GS and have been holding out for the iPhone 5, the iPhone 4S will still be an upgrade, or if the rumors of two iPhones are true you can still hold out for perhaps the iPhone 5? What do you think about this? Could this be Apple’s answer to the Android invasion – by providing two versions of the iPhone at the same time perhaps they’re trying to rope in a wider audience, but with all rumors we will have to wait and see how things turn out.
