First Sprint delayed the Blackberry Playbook and then the iPad 2 was plagued by product shortage and now Toshiba announces that their next Android tablet, the follow up to their first tablet the Folio 100, will be delayed with no further explanation although there are rumors that Toshiba delayed the release of their next tablet as they are holding out for quad-core processors.

The new tablet Regza AT300 is supposed to sport a 10-inch screen with a 1280 x 800 resolution. It was also pegged for running the NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor as well as Android’s Honeycomb OS. Other specs included a 5MP rear camera and a 0.2MP front camera offering.
