US Cellular users can rejoice as the HTC Merge which has been a constant tease by both Verizon and US Cellular is finally here, at least for the latter. It will be selling for $250 with contract before $100 rebate and it will be launched come May 31st, although based on the screenshot seen above, it looks like you may be able to get it early if your local US Cellular has it in stock already.

In case you were wondering what the specs for this phone are, you will find a 800MHz processor, with Android Froyo 2.2 running as the operating system. It also has 4GB of internal memory and 512MB of RAM. The touchscreen display measures in at 3.8-inches and it also features a 5MP camera at the back, no front-facing. As you can see those aren’t exactly very impress specifications compared to some of the other Android phones out there, but it does feature a slideout keyboard so if physical keys and buttons are what you want, and you don’t want to blow a ton of cash for the higher end phones then perhaps this device may very well be for you.
