Haier N6E Android Smartphone

The Chinese company Haier has recently announced their new Android smartphone, the N6E which will be hitting the shelves soon. If you’re wondering where have you seen this phone before it’s because it almost resembles the HTC Wildfire, sporting similar 3.2 inches screen display, although kudos to the N6E for having a higher resolution of 320×480.

It will also feature a 3 Megapixel camera and it runs on an 800MHz processor and will be running on Android Froyo 2.2 and even has the ability to establish its own WiFi hotspots. If you’re thinking along the lines that this is a shanzai phone then one could hardly blame you although Haier did try its best to be as original as possible by setting up the Android Froyo 2.2 operating system to allow apps to be put into folders on the home screen.

Taking into consideration that it will retail for 1000 Yuan ($154) it does seem rather cheap and a good entry-level smartphone for those in China.
