I mean, what else do you expect a company to respond in light of murmurs and complaints against their product? That they couldn’t give two hoots about your predicament? Surely no company is going to take that suicidal route, are they? Apple did issue an official statement on the situation, acknowledging the problem while reassuring users that they are already hands-on in investigating the issue. Here’s what the fruity company from Cupertino has to say about the situation , “We are aware that a small number of iPad 2 customers have experienced connectivity issues with the Verizon 3G network and we are investigating it.” Just bear in mind that if you’re an owner of such an ill fated iPad 2 from Verizon that has connectivity issues, the temporary fix would be to reboot the iPad with 3G set to ‘on’, as this will enable one to restore the data connection upon reboot. Looks as though a minor software update is going to fix that easily.
