Palm Pixi Plus dropped from Verizon online store, Pre 2 arriving?

Could we be inching ever so slightly closer to the release of the Pre 2 on Verizon? We know that the phone will be arriving on the carrier in the future, and now Verizon’s online store has dropped the last of the current webOS phones by ditching the Palm Pixi Plus, a move which comes several months after the Palm Pre Plus was removed. Verizon hasn’t officially confirmed that the phone is out of stock though hopefully it means that the Pre 2 is almost here.
