The folks over at BGR have gotten their hands on some exclusive photographs of an upcoming device on MetroPCS. The Samsung SCH-R910 (which should get a catchier name when it is released) is an Android phone that packs both CDMA and LTE radios, enabling it to take advantage of MetroPCS’s 4G LTE network. It runs Android 2.2 with Samsung’s TouchWiz interface on a 1GHz Hummingbird processor, packs a 5 megapixel camera, and a micro SD card slot for memory expansion (doesn’t the phone feel like yet another Galaxy S phone?). Other specs haven’t been revealed, but they will be in due time since the phone is expected to launch in Q1 with a contract-free price between $329 to $399. Finally, a 4G device on MetroPCS that isn’t a Craft. Who’s excited?
