The good news for folks who are still patiently waiting to get hold of the Verizon iPhone is that word is going around that Apple has begun to send out mandatory vacation blackout notices to Apple Stores, preventing managers and other staff from taking vacation days from February 5th to 18th. If the barring of holidays wasn’t a hint enough for you, there will also be extended hours during that time period to accommodate the stampede of hungry iPhone fans.
