Sprint to bring 4G to San Francisco Bay Area on December 28

Sprint has announced that they will be bringing their 4G WiMAX service to the folks living at the Bay Area just in time for the New Year. Sprint will be enabling their 4G radios within the San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose and Silicon Valley areas on December 28. So for those of you who don’t want to get caught in New Year’s Eve traffic, you can now stream fireworks on your 4G smartphone while chilling in your backyard with a drink.
