Pantech, the Korean company known for making a number of feature phones for AT&T recently had a filing revealed by the FCC. The phone is known as the Pantech P8000 and is equipped with a GSM/EDGE 850/1900 and WCDMA 850/1900 radios, to it looks like it’s headed towards AT&T. Other than the released image, which shows a slot for an SD card as well as a SIM card, and the fact that the phone turned up at the Bluetooth SIG which means it has Bluetooth and runs Android, nothing else has been revealed about the phone. Well, until we see the final product we’ll reserve our judgment, but from Pantech’s history of creating feature phones, we doubt it’s going to be a high-end Android device. Anyone excited?
