A lot of controversy has been surrounding Adam, the Android tablet from Notion Ink (read up the full article on Android Police). With discrepancies in its legal agreements and return policies that have all changed in the middle of the pre-order stage, no actual photographs or the videos of the device, a lot of people are starting to believe the tablet is one big scam. Now, most people have probably never heard of Notion Ink before – a small time startup company in India that came out of nowhere to bring us this magical tablet that sounds too good to be true, especially for the low prices they tout. Well Notion Ink has just released another post addressing these issues- and they have announced that they will be releasing an in-depth video of the device on December 18. With the device not cleared at the FCC, and their plans to debut it at CES, if you’re feeling uncertain about putting money down for the tablet- it’s best that you wait for other people to get their hands on it first. After all, it wouldn’t hurt to wait. Head to the Notion Ink blog for more details. What are your thoughts on this whole controversy? Either way, it’s stirring up a lot of publicity for the tablet, whether for better or worse, we’ll find out soon enough.
