Nokia boasts about ClearBlack displays with a promo video

If you’ve ever wondered about what the fuss with Nokia’s ClearBlack display is about, they’ve just released a promo video which explains it all. Blacker blacks, whiter whites, brighter colors, zero reflection and complete visibility outdoors in bright daylight. Sounds too good to be true? Well we’ve yet to get our hands on one to find out. Arriving in their E7 and C6-01 phones, the ClearBlack display is actually a regular AMOLED display with a polarized filter on top. This filter blocks out light and reduces reflections, which means an overall better image quality that is viewable outdoors. Watch the promo video after the break and tell us what you think.
