iPhone 3GS price drops in China

Published

on

In an effort to curb the ever growing demand for the iPhone 4, China Unicom, suppliers of the iPhone 4 in China, has decided to slash the price of the iPhone 3GS to entice more people to buy iPhones, even if they can’t get their hands on the latest one. In addition to cutting 20% off the phone’s price, those who purchase one on a 2-year  contract will get even more savings on their phone bills. Consumers can even purchase the iPhone 3GS without a contract- something that is compulsory for the iPhone 4. How much do you think this will affect the sales of the 3GS? After all it is a good phone and you can pretty much run the same apps as the iPhone 4. Would you pick the iPhone 3GS over the iPhone 4?
