Clear footage of the PlayStation Phone leaks

Forget the blurry video footage of the PlayStation Phone that was released earlier this week. Some clear video footage detailing the phone has leaked online, and yes the phone is real. The phone will be running on Gingerbread (hooray) on its beautiful screen (hopefully it lives up to its reputation of being comparable to the Retina Display) and will be pretty chunky which should be able to take the abuse of being played with regularly. Let’s not forget this means that the phone could possibly be packing a high-capacity battery under the hood. Well with the rumored PlayStation Phone announcement happening next week and CES in January, you can expect the phone to be officially revealed to the public very soon.

UPDATE: We’ve also discovered a video clip of the PlayStation icon being pressed! It launches a screen that looks similar to the PlayStation Portable. Somehow I’ve got a feeling it might run PlayStation Portable games, but we’ll just have to wait and see. What do you think? Hit the break to check out the videos:
