The dual-screen tablet/laptop from Acer has finally been given a release date and a price. According to an official press release, the Acer Iconia will be available in Spain, January 28, 2011. The dual-screen tablet packs two 14″ multi-touch capacitive touchscreens, a core i5 processor, up to 4G of RAM and 750GB of storage, 3G support, HDMI output, Dolby Home Theater V3 and will run on Windows 7. With the desktop pc-powering processor and two LCDs, it’s going to be hard to imagine how long its battery life will last. We’ll just have to wait and see when the Acer Iconia is released next year. It will retail for about $1,987 (€1,499) though there are no details if it will reach this side of the world. Now that the pricing has been revealed, what do you think of the device? Would you consider getting one?
