WiFi-only Galaxy Tab delayed

The WiFi-only version of Samsung’s Galaxy Tab that was planned to be released just in time for the holidays, has been delayed. According to an internal document from Best Buy, the release of the Android tablet has been pushed back until after the holidays. This move definitely has some Galaxy Tab fans screaming in outrage, as not many people need the 3G functionalities on a tablet. Not to mention it shaves off a $100 up front on the Tab’s price, and removes the need to sign up for an additional data plan. It looks like the carriers of the Tab will be reaping the benefits this holiday season when consumers purchase a 3G enabled Tab that requires them to sign a contract. How many of you are planning to get your hands on the Galaxy Tab this holiday season?
