The Google Nexus S could be real after all

Phandroid has managed to find some breaking news on the Nexus S. The phone, whose existence which was hotly debated about weeks ago, is now back. Appearing on the Best Buy website advertised as, “Pure Google. The Nexus S. Available only at Best Buy this holiday season.” with a broken image titled “Nexus S for T Mobile” and a pre-order link that doesn’t work. The page has since been taken down, but remains cached in Google for the world to see. Now whether this is just a trick or some prank that the folks at Best Buy are pulling off, or it could have been a real blunder on their part. Either way, it lines up very nicely with the rumors about a big retailer offering the device this holiday season. With Gingerbread to be available soon, expect the Nexus S to be announced along with it as well. What are your thoughts on a Google Nexus S phone in time for Christmas?
