Quad-SIM capable phones are now possible

Feel like one phone bill isn’t enough for you to handle? Two wasn’t cutting it? Three was just about right? How about four phone bills for just one phone? Spreadtrum Communications, a firm in China, has come up with a new chip, the SC6600L6, that allows a phone to support up to four GSM SIM cards at once. Yes, soon there will be phones that support four different phone lines at once. Never get caught with bad coverage again, no matter where you are! Now we know these devices will probably never make it to our shore, but it’s always interesting to know what sort of technological advancements are being made in the rest of the world.
