myTouch 4G vs. iPhone 4 browser speed test

The folks over at Wirefly have released a video showing the myTouch 4G going up against the iPhone 4 in a browser speed test. No, they weren’t using the phone’s data connection for the test- it would’ve been unfair, as the iPhone 4 doesn’t have 4G. The phones were both connected to the internet using WiFi. From these tests, we can see that the myTouch 4G renders pages much faster, even when there’s a flash object on the page- something that the iPhone 4 is programmed to ignore. This is a testament of the myTouch 4G’s browsing speed and will probably be picked up by T-Mobile in another iPhone 4 bashing episode. Watch the speed comparison video after the break:
