Motorola Droid Pro on Verizon has arrived

The Android phone that is touted to invade BlackBerry’s enterprise sector has found its way into the offices of Android Central. The kind folks there manage to snap some photographs and even shoot a first impression video which you can watch after the break. The Droid Pro is a Motorola Droid with a portrait QWERTY keyboard instead of the regular landscape slide-out QWERTY keyboard on the other Droids. In addition to a different form factor, it also supports global CDMA and GSM networks so you can be sure to stay connected no matter where you are in the world. Pre-loaded with business/office apps, the Droid Pro is meant to be used for business rather than pleasure. Selling on Verizon for $179.99 with a 2-year contract, it’s a pretty good choice for people who use a phone to help them with work. How many of you are planning to get this phone or have already ordered it?
