Apple slowly phases out the iPhone 3G by taking away AirPlay

It appears that Apple is slowly excluding the iPhone 3G from a number of new features available in iOS 4.x. Firstly it was the lack of multi tasking support on the phone, then it was the lack of Game Center, now to add one more to the list- AirPlay. According to the latest release of iTunes 10.1, the iPhone 3G won’t be one of the phones that supports AirPlay. It seems like with each update, the iPhone 3G is slowly being let go, to fade away into obscurity. Despite Apple fixing the iOS speeds on the phone, it’s starting to look more and more like an old iPod classic when compared to the iPhone 4. Well, I guess when it’s time to go, it’s time to go. How many of you iPhone 3G users feel the pain of being let go slowly?
