It’s still quite a distance from an official announcement, but word is out that the upcoming iPhone, which should be launched sometime in June 2009, will sport a 3.2-megapixel camera, though there isn’t any confirmation yet as to whether it will include autofocus or not. According to the rumor, TSCM (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company) has managed to land the orders for the new iPhone components, which include GSM/EDGE power amplifiers, 3.2-megapixel OmniVision CMOS sensors and Bluetooth chips.
