Orange Loses Lawsuit Over Coverage

A British customer has managed to sue Orange over the poor coverage at his home and office in South London. The customer, aged 32, sued Orange when it refused to cancel his 18-month contract after he complained about the poor coverage. He did have quite a few problems trying to contact Orange as he would have to call them up, wait in the queue to get through and the line would get cut off, and he’d have to call back and rejoin the queue, albeit at the back. The victory meant that he was awarded £500 ($722).
