Garmin And Asus Join Forces

Will a Garmin and Asus partnership reap some serious rewards? Well, that’s what those 2 companies must be thinking when they announced that they will be working together on a cell phone line that will fall under the Garmin-Asus nüvifone series. There are a couple of phones in that series which will be hitting the market this year, and at least one of which will be announced at this year’s Mobile World Congress, which is just around the corner. It will be interesting to see how the devices will perform when they are released. The nüvifone G60 should be available in retail stores in the first half of 2009.
