SDXC Memory Cards To Come

If you thought that the 32GB limit for SDHC cards was too little, then you’ll be glad to hear that a new format, known as SDXC, has been announced by the SD Association at CES in Las Vegas. These new memory cards will be able to store up to 2TB of data, which is a lot more than most people have on their hard disks! Of course, don’t expect them to come out with 2TB cards right after CES, but the knowledge that the cards will be able to hit 2TB of storage in the future gives us that nice warm feeling.
