RIM CEO Could Face Hefty Fine

You’d think that being the co-CEOs of RIM would be a very happy job, but they probably aren’t too happy at the moment, mainly because the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) is after them due to them backdating stock options way back in 2006. Apparently the OSC is seeking up to $79.48 million USD from them. Considering that it’s said that they made about $2 million Canadian Dollars each out of the deal, it certainly is a hefty fine to pay.
