HTC Snaps Up One & Co

Fans of HTC’s TouchFLO 3D user interface (UI) probably already know that the folks at the San Fran-based One & Co were the ones who designed it, and the Touch Diamond. HTC is obviously happy with the results, proven by its move to snap up the privately-held firm before anyone else does. One & Co doesn’t only do phones, as it also services Coca-Cola, Adidas, Dell and Palm. If you’re still interested in One & Co’s services, you’ll be happy to know that HTC allowing it to continue its design consultancy. Word is that the new ideas from the company will filter through HTC’s product lineup, which will include Android and Windows Mobile devices. Hopefully this means we’ll see a prettier looking successor to the G1 in the future.
