Stop the iPhone from interfering with your speakers

Some iPhone users hear some pretty annoying sounds when using their iPhone near speakers or a radio transmitting device. Sometimes the signals get crossed and make for some pretty inconvenient noises and interference. Here is a really simple way to cut out the interference, while leaving your iPhone signal intact.

1. All you have to do it cut out 2 inch x 3 inch piece of aluminum foil 2. Fold the longer side in half to make it 2 inch x 1.5 inch. 3. Tape the foil to the bottom right corner with electric tape like the picture above (longer side horizontal to the bottom).

So far, it seems this hack doesn’t cut out any signal strength from the iPhone, since the antenna wiring runs on the top of the device. Though what it does do is provide a huge help for blocking out the interference.
