Linux phone from Grundig

Published

on

The Grundig U900 is no ordinary cellphone as it runs on the Linux operating system, featuring UMTS 3G connectivity in addition to the 2″ QVGA (240 x 320 pixels) 262k color display and a 2 megapixel camera with flash. Supported multimedia formats include MP3, AAC, JPEG, GIF, and BMP in addition to video playback. The U900 comes with 100MB of internal memory that can be expanded via the microSD memory card slot. Additional features include Bluetooth and USB connectivity, an integrated FM radio, GPRS, WAP, and HTML browsing. There is no word on availability or price at this moment, but it sure as heck looks like a clamshell Chocolate from the front.
