Motorola refreshes L7 with L7e

Motorola is certainly not resting on its laurels as it lifted the curtain on a SLVR refresh, naming it the L7e. We presume the ‘e’ suffix stands for ‘extra’, but that remains open to speculation. At one glance, you will not notice any major changes, as most of the improvements are beneath the hood. The new L7e comes with a keypad that is similar to the KRZR K1, featuring quad-band GSM and EDGE connectivity. Unfortunately, Motorola still decided against taking the 3G path for some strange reason. The previously pathetic VGA camera has been upgraded to a 1.3 megapixel camera, while Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP stereo headset support, 20MB of internal memory, a microSD memory card slot, and a new user interface rounds off the list of improvements. Expect to see the MOTOSLVR L7e hit stores before the year is over.
