Motorola i833 available in Korea

KT Powertel will be making available the new iDEN TRS handset from Motorola to the Korean market. Also known as the Motorola i833, this handset supports the digital TRS standard ‘iDEN system’ that enables users to take advantage of the Push-To-Talk system, turning the i833 into an impromptu walkie-talkie. Additional features include built-in A-GPS functionality that offers a safer road experience, a speakerphone, and voice recognition dialing. If you wonder why the i833 looks somewhat similar to exotic supercars like Ferrari and Maserati, it is because the cellphone shares the same designer as the cars – Pininfarina.
