Special limited-edition Black Tie Palm Treo 650

Looks like Palm has released 2,000 special limited-edition “Black Tie” Treo 650s and are released for selected markets in the Asia Pacific region. They are identical to the original Treo 650 save for the black styling and external silicone coating, a multifunction pen stylus and a brand new Palm Treo hard case. It would be nice to see Palm refresh the hardware, starting with the VGA camera that comes with the Treo 650. So far the confirmed regions to receive these limited edition smartphones are the Philippines and Singapore.
