Amazon offers cheaper Palm OS camera phones

Looks like cheaper Palm OS-based camera phones are beginning to pop up on Amazon. The Xplore GSM smartphone runs on Palm OS 5.4 and boasts a nifty 1.3-megapixel camera, MP3 playback, along with Palm OS’ vaunted PDA functionality. The Xplore M98 is going around $250 at press time – pretty impressive considering the same phone is sold for $513 including shipping at DOML.com. If you search hard enough, these camera phones are a cheaper alternative to the recently released Treo 700p smartphone for the discerning buyer.
