Mobile Phone Bill Limits Over Teen Suicide

Mobile service providers in Korea are planning to offer unlimited Internet services for a fixed rate following the recent suicide of a 16-year-old boy who killed himself after running a 3.7 million-won ($3,828) bill playing games on his cellphone. SK Telecom will allow users to pay a maximum of 30,000 won for unlimited access while KTF’s maximum pay limit will be set at 26,000 won.
