Sonia F2 Is An Idou Clone

Want to show off a Sony Ericsson Idou before it’s launched? While you might certainly have quite a bit of trouble getting hold of an actual demo unit, let alone own it, you could always go for the cloned version of the device, which is the Sonia F2. This device, which doesn’t even sound remotely like the Idou, is powered by Google’s Android instead of Symbian. Aside from the operating system, it sports a 1.3-megapixel camera, despite listing a 12.1 megapixel count on the back cover. Would you want this phone, warts and all?
Silver Sony Ericsson Idou

We had some pictures of the Sony Ericsson Idou in silver color a few weeks back, and now live pictures of the device in all its silver glory have surfaced. Would you rather pick the black or silver color Idou? Honestly speaking, we wouldn’t mind if the device came in pink, as long as they get it out soon, as waiting is never a fun thing.

Silver Sony Ericsson Idou?

By now, most of us have seen pictures of Sony Ericsson’s upcoming Idou mobile phone. The question is, we’ve all seen it in black, but is that the only color scheme available? Pictures of a silver colored Idou have surfaced, though there isn’t any mention as to whether it’s a cancelled version, or an upcoming version that has just been leaked. Of course, we certainly wouldn’t mind the additional color option.

Sony Ericsson Idou Gets Stylus

Everybody’s been drooling over Sony Ericsson’s 12-megapixel Idou, but nothing much has been said about its accessories. Pictures of a stylus for the device have surfaced though, and it even features a little “cap”, to protect the tip perhaps? Based on the pictures that we found, it certainly doesn’t look like something that can be slid into the phone, so perhaps Sony Ericsson wants us to dangle it on the phone? What do you think? Pretty? Or pretty unnecessary?

Sony Ericsson Idou Announced

After Apple launched its insanely successful iPhone, it looks like every manufactuer in the market is busy coming up with its own full-touchscreen device, and Sony Ericsson is no exception from that. Enter the Idou, which is most certainly Sony Ericsson’s answer to Apple’s iPhone. One of the stand out features of the Idou is the insane 12.1 megapixel camera (which we’re not complaining about), not to mention Walkman features.
