T-Mobile HTC Touch Pro2 Pictured

If you were wondering whether the HTC Touch Pro2 would actually make it to T-Mobile USA, you’ll be glad to see that live pictured of the device, complete with T-Mobile branding have appeared online. If you’ll take a closer look at the pictures, you’ll also notice that the QWERTY keyboard doesn’t have European characters like €, so that should strengthen your belief that it’s T-Mobile USA that’s indicated on the phone. The device will most likely be released as the T-Mobile Wing II on July 22, and cross your fingers and hope that the device won’t be delayed.

HTC Touch Pro2 For $880

We’ve all been drooling over HTC’s Touch Pro2 for quite a while now, but the million dollar question is how much will the device cost? It looks like HTC has finally decided to shed some light on the subject, though it’s not exactly cheap. Folks in Singapore will be able to pick up the HTC Touch Pro2 for SGD1328 ($880), so you can expect to see the device retailing at a similar price point when it’s released in other markets. Folks over in Singapore should be able to purchase the Touch Pro2 from late June, which is about the time it should be made available elsewhere too. On a similar note, the Touch Diamond2 will also be going on sale in Singapore in mid-May for SGD1088 ($725).

T-Mobile To Get HTC Snap And Touch Pro2

TmoNews is reported to have the tentative release dates for T-Mobile’s upcoming summer devices. The most notable devices in the list will have to be the HTC Snap and the HTC Touch Pro2. If the dates are accurate, you can expect to see the HTC Snap released on the 1st of July and the HTC Touch Pro2 on July 22nd. Considering those dates aren’t too far off, we certainly hope that these rumored dates are accurate.

It looks like there is strong evidence hinting that we’ll be seeing that HTC Touch Pro2 on T-Mobile sometime in the near future. Live pictures of the device complete with T-Mobile branding have been spotted. If that wasn’t enough, a leaked ROM for the device also seems to fuel speculation that the device will be destined for T-Mobile, and we’re fairly sure that T-Mobile users won’t be complaining too much about that.

A glance at HTC’s Touch Pro2 is all you need to take interest in it. With features like a high-resolution 3.6-inch widescreen VGA display, sliding QWERTY keyboard, improved battery life, expandable memory, 2 speakers, 2 microphones, touch-sensitive zoom bar, gravity, ambient light and proximity sensors, HTC sure looks like it has a winner on its hands. One of the stand-out features of the Touch Pro2 is Straight Talk, which gives users an integrated email, voice and speakerphone experience, allowing them to transition from email to conference calls via its new acoustic design that uses asymmetric speakers, noise suppression and full-duplex acoustics. Of course, the success of this device will be determined by its sales figures, and we’ll see how it goes when it’s available in major global markets in early summer.
