It seems that LG is on the verge of announcing another ‘superphone’. A device with the model number E970 by the manufacturer has made its appearance in GLBenchmark. From the listing, we can garner a few details about it and it apparently has a 720p display along with an Adreno 320 Graphics Processing Unit which is a GPU found primarily on many of Qualcomm’s most powerful chipsets.
Speculations have risen that the device is headed to Sprint and the device scored about 60 frames-per-second in both the 2.1 Egypt and 2.1 Pro Standard Tests. In addition to that, it would be prudent to mention that a display with Vsync would limit the tests from pushing frame rates higher but there is no doubt that the E970 would probably be able to handle the most strenuous of tests. For now, that is about all the details we have regarding the phone but rest assured because if we hear anything else, we will be sure to let you know.
