Sprint Epic Touch 4G OTA update rolling out now

Sprint subscribers who currently hold the Samsung Epic Touch 4G should be receiving an OTA update that will address some of the bugs that have been reported earlier. There was a mention of a possible update headed Sprint’s way some time last month, but it looks like the update is now being rolled out.

This update should address some of the issues that many owners of the Epic Touch 4G have been complaining about, such as fixing the radio signal and fixing the bug that caused 4G hotspot to disconnect during phone calls, a bug that we’re guessing proved to be quite the headache for owners of the phone. If you have yet to receive the notification to remind you of the update, you might want to head into your phone settings and check for an update manually.
